Fantasy romances where the male love interest is good-natured and jovial

I am very bored of reading romantasies where the male love interest is dark, cold, sarcastic, mysterious, cynical, misunderstood, etc. No more evil fairy kings, brooding soldiers, jaded thieves or enigmatic wizards.

Give me your walking green flags, your himbos, your golden retrievers. I don’t want a heart of gold hidden beneath a rough exterior, I want the heart to be worn on their sleeve.

The only books I can think of that I have found this in are Graceling, Rise of the Vicious Princess and my lifelong favorite Ella Enchanted.
