i am 20(m)confused and overthinking has somehow ruined my day to day life. always overthinking what others think of me what if they judge me and thinking all the bad scenerios , negative thinking cant socialise with others. so i asking if reading books help somehow but i hate self help books. want some opinion and suggestions on books to read
