Science fiction with main character with a disability (published in past 5 or 6 years)?

It doesn’t need to be heavy sci-fi. Could also be medical fiction like Echo Wife where it just has a speculative science feel.

Basically, I’m searching for comparable titles for a book I wrote and am hoping to find something recent.
