I finished this book nearly two years ago and I still cannot stop thinking about it. Everything about it, elements of fantasy, drama, love story, a bit jumbled in places, but still grounded in a certain reality all add to its charm. I had a similar experience with the famished road by Ben Okri, left with a certain mysticism after you have finished them and put them down. Are there any other books that have a similar feel? Preferably long that I can dive into and really experience. Any recommendations would be appreciated

i loved that book! (it’s also one of my wife’s favorites) i haven’t found anything even remotely like it, even other books by murakami don’t pack the same punch
