Looking for great audio books that provide insightful knowledge on: how being more active is good for our health.
It might be something written by a cardiologist, physiologist or researcher who can provide an in-depth explanation to the physiology of how things work when one exercises. I don’t really want a book that goes into diet changes or what to eat to live longer or age less. Just something that talks more about the science of exercise and benefits it brings to be active. Thanks!
