I like watching those docs on YouTube about journalists going into war torn regions and interviewing average people, or just seeing how the conflicts of certain countries have impacted the populace and what they think of it. Or maybe just traveling and musings about the local cultural customs or maybe weird sub cultures.
Basically if a book could have a mix of culture, travel, and politics wrapped into one
