I would like to read a book, or series of books with some interesting world building, and an unusual mix of genres, preferably fantasy or science fiction.
For example, some time ago I read a trilogy that appeared to be a standard medieval fantasy, but it was set in a post apocalyptic Earth full of radioactive dead cities.
Another example, the movie Bright, I loved the idea of fantasy races living in our world in the current day, told from the view of a regular police officer.
