I'm 18F and I recently had an entrance exam that I prepared really hard for but still messed up. The results will be out in June so there isn't much I can do abt it until then but I can't stop myself from overthinking about this paper.
Reading has always been an escape from me but I can't bring myself to focus so can someone recommend me some books that I should read to either make me feel better or help distract me from my reality.
I prefer fiction over non-fiction or self help.

Have you read Percy Jackson already or recently? I bingeread that entire series, the sequel series (heroes of olympus) and the second sequel series (trials of apollo) in a similar situation and I come back to it every time when I need something easy but amazing to keep me hooked and distracted!

Wholesome, warm, and like a hug in book form. It’s about second chances, finding your place, and learning to love yourself — without being preachy.

***Before the Coffee Gets Cold*** **by Toshikazu Kawaguchi**
Set in a small Tokyo café where you can time travel — but only within strict rules. Short, tender, and full of emotional “what ifs.”

The Vorkosigan Saga by Lois McMaster Bujold has the main character being someone who fails to get into the Navy and then fails upwards into becoming a Mercenary Admiral/Secret Agent. His story begins in *The Warrior’s Apprentice*.
