    Hi! I have always really struggled with negative thoughts about my body and face and confidence in general. I would love to find a book to help my on the journey of letting go of these thoughts as I have much more important and lovely things to think about. Any help is much appreciated, Ideally a non-fiction but open to fiction if it helped you with similar things.

      I am That, by Nisigardata… it really helps establish the “observer perspective” that’s required to gain control of negative thoughts and ideas
