Creepy small-towns?

Hi again! I'm looking for a book set in a creepy small town. Not necessarily a small town with creepy people, but where the town itself is creepy. Something along the lines of Silent Hill vibes, or the first book in the Wayward Pines series, right at the moment where Ethan starts to realize that something is actually very wrong with the seemingly-perfect town (the speaker moment and the phones, IYKYK). Atmospheric small-town horror, I guess would be a more concise descriptor. Thanks!
