I'm a beginner when it comes to thrillers, I've only gotten into the genre this year. I prefer romances so I didn't expect to like the genre but I've been enjoying it so far.
What I've read until now:
– Rock paper scissors by Alice Feeney (loved it)
– The only one left by Riley Sager (loved it)
– The silent patient by Alex Michaelides (liked it but I was bored for the first 50%)
– That's not my name by Megan Lally (liked it but it was predictable and YA thrillers are not my vibe)
I don't like horror or anything with paranormal activity in it, but I do like if it makes you think there's paranormal activity but turns out it's not and it has a plausible explanation for it. Some spooky vibes are okay. I want something thrilling that keeps me on my toes. Bonus points if it has short chapters, long chapters are tiring.
