Looking for media like Hitchcock’s “Rear Window”—stuff happens despite physically inactive main character?
Essentially, I'm looking for books/movies/anime etc where there's a story going, despite the main character not physically moving much–either disabled, recovering from an injury/sickness, or some other reason.
