I like reading books on theme with the season! Over the winter I enjoyed the Winternight trilogy (fantasy/folklore) set in Russia and The Indifferent Stars Above ( non-fiction about the Donner party) for example.
Any recommendations for books where summer or heat is a theme or that are set in hot locations? I’m currently reading and loving The Summer that Melted Everything. I like fantasy, psychological thrillers, non-fiction about exploration/adventure but am open to pretty much any genre but not big on sci-fi usually.
