I really like reading supernatural stuff but I'm trying to avoid magic and demons if I can. I also enjoy the aspects of romance whether it be slow burn or a little spice. I've never read 50 shades and I don't want anything that spicy. I've really struggled with finding books like this and I really wanted to read Patricia Briggs' Mercy Thompson series but after I checked it I was saddened that it wasn't just werewolves/vamps and such and it had demons in it and real world mysticism and symbols. For reference, I can't read books with demons or magic and circles and stuff. Can anyone help me find a good series to get hooked on?
