i’m hoping someone can recommend a book, or even a workbook, on how to not “run away” from or compartmentalize my feelings. i have a lot of trauma & from a young age i learned to just shove my feelings into a box in my head. i’ve done that for so long, i don’t know how to actually feel my feelings. thanks in advanced!
