Themes of parent loss

Hey yall, this might be dark for some folks but I recently lost my dad in a motorcycle accident. I’m very much a mood reader and at the moment all I want to read are books about the sudden loss of a parent. I’ve seen a lot about losing parents to illness but that is such a different experience from losing someone suddenly.
I just want to read something I can relate to because it’s all I can think about.
I primarily read fiction and I’m a fan of dark humour. Any suggestions?
