“Hardback” vs “Trade Cloth”, what’s the difference?

A book I want has two different versions of hardcover, but I can't find any pictures of the differences between these. Anyone knows?

The "trade cloth" is substantially more expensive, has more pages, is twice the weight, but almost the same size as the "hardback" version, see here for comparison:
