Hello I have been wondering if there are any stories that are set in a fantasy world but instead of being directed at an epic adventure or action experience it uses its fantastical elements to explore elements of the human psyche and behaviors in different settings. Something like the Old man and the Sea except instead of a Marlin it's a dragon or similar.
