Help!!! 8 months PP and an avid reader. It used to be all suspense, mystery, crime novels and the occasional Nora Roberts book.
Ever since giving birth, those books make my heart ache and I have to put them down. I just keep imaging something happening to my daughter, or to me (and her having to grow up without a Mom)…. Wild PP anxiety I know…
I like romance but the pure fluff doesn’t pull me in. I enjoy puzzles and intrigue. I just need an author with minimal tragedy.
