My 11-year-old boy would like to read a mystery series (not necessarily historical) with a boy protagonist. Loved Harry Potter, Percy Jackson, and is very interested in Sherlock Holmes. He has already read all of the Famous Five books (or most of them). Do any of you wonderful redditors have suggestions for us?
Edit. Ok, it seems like some of you are reading this like I don't want my son to read stories with female protagonists. IT IS NOT THE CASE. We've read many. I was just wondering if something like Enola Holmes with a male protagonist existed. Please CALM DOWN.

Sounds like he’s read a lot of books with boy protagonists. It’s good for kids to read books about people who are different from them, too.
Sorry but just as girls read Harry Potter, your son can read Enola Holmes and still identify with the character… I think more boys should do that. Another great read is the golden compass trilogy by Philip Pullman.
I haven’t read them personally but I know someone who enjoyed the Chasing Vermeer series, it has a boy and a girl I think. Mysteries for kids based around famous works of art.
Have he read other Enid Blyton books? like The Five Find-Outers and Dog?
And I “love” the comments from the “progressive” commenters here.
All of these nice ladies are literally telling OP that her boy should not have preferences and should learn to enjoy things that he does not like.

I personally LOVE the Hardy Boys books. They are a “mystery of the week” series aimed for young teens. Duo crimefighting brothers, literally hundred of them. About 120 to 150 pages, easy reads.
