Hello guys! As the title suggests I would like to get my nephew (M17) a fiction book that he might like. My nephew is amazing, he’s ambitious and extremely talented and smart. He’s into philosophy, science, maths and good debates. But he’s also very in touch with nature and living life in general so he’s not kept to himself or anything at all.

Im looking for a book that he might like. Obv the recs don’t have to feature a protagonist who’s personality exactly like my nephew’s but im hoping you can get a good idea of what he is like and suggest him something. Thanks in advance!!

My first thought was Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer. It’s non-fiction, but sort of written like a novel.
I wonder if he might like science fiction. Do you know the Matt Damon movie ‘Martian’ … the book was even better .. author Andy Weir.
He has new book out – Project Hail Mary … full of space travel, biology, saving the universe, making ally with a rock type of creature…. Or you can wait for the movie with Ryan Gosling… but Andy Weir books are so much better.
