Hey! I love just finished the Call the Midwife series (memoir of a midwife in London in the 1950s), and absolutely loved it! I also love the Land Before Avocado by Richard Glover (non-fiction recount of Australian culture/daily life in the 60s and 70s).
Would love some recommendations of other memoirs/non-fiction books set in this general time period (honestly don’t mind which time period). I just love learning about day to day life and the differences in time periods and cultures. I really don’t mind where in the world they are set!!
