Hi all.
In the last 20 years I have read probably 4 books. However 3 of those happened on the last couple of weeks.
It all started when I saw the Project Hail Mary trailer and saw in the comments that the book was very nice. So got to it. Enjoyed the book, read a couple of chapters every day and wanted another bite.
Then asked for recommendations and decided on Dark Matter. Arrived on a Tuesday and was finished the next day.
Went for Recursion and basically started it yesterday and finished it already.
Now I'm wondering if the Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy can be for me? I loved the TV show and I'm always interested in knowing a bit more but not sure if the book might be too heavy or hard to follow, because being honest, a lot of the Chinese characters names will fly right over me.
What other book would you suggest me? The Martian is on my list but I've seen the movie recently and want to wait.

Is catching up on your Michael Crichton an option? Jurassic Park, Andromeda Strain, Timeline?
Keep going with Blake Crouch and read Upgrade
Also, if you think you might want to read a series, check out The Expanse (but book 1 is a good standalone too).
