My library system has both Libby and Cloud Library. Libby works much better than CL. But Cloud Library offers different narrators, especially for classics.
Recently, nearly every audiobook on CL has a hold period up to 31 days. Until that change, I could find nearly everything I wanted and borrow it without delay.
Another issue is I’ll have 8-10 books on hold, and only one will show up in my borrowed audiobooks when they’re all available. I have to manually go in and borrow those audiobooks that didn’t autoload.
Is there a contact email for Cloud Library? Or might this be a library issue?
