I just read my first fiction book in five years, and I'm so happy to have found joy in reading fiction again. (I have an almost five year old hence the no books read till now!)
I really enjoyed midnight library and am looking for another book that's easy to enjoy. I like thrillers, murder mysteries, crime, historical fiction but I'm not ready to try fantasy yet. Baby steps!

A Gentleman in Moscow is good. Piranesi is a very joyful book.

The best thing to do after reading Midnight Library is invent a time machine, go back in time and not read Midnight Library. Better yet, go back a little further and delete the manuscript from Matt Haig’s computer drive. Then just to be safe, seduce Matt Haig and run away together to Brazil. Any time he tries to remember what he was working on last, get him blackout drunk on caipirinhas and hide all the pencils.
