Tldr: Im looking for a novel written in first person POV with a female narrator. Preferably young, rebelious and, ideally, latina
This shouldnt be so hard, but most of the novels ive been recommended with strong, complicated female characters (Muriel Spark, Iris Murdoch) arent 1st person POV. I ended up buying one with a quite frankly dismal and superficial character. I'm not looking for fantasy titles, nor marriagability tales with the line "i met the most amazing guy last night" in the opening chapter.
Many thanks!

Skyhunter series by Marie Lu I’ve read it 3 time (I love it so much)
“Clap When You Land” by Elizabeth Acevedo. YA novel in verse with two alternating first person perspectives ( Dominican half-sisters). Such a good book
*GreethTeeth* was really good, I finished it in a day.
The Pentecost and Parker series is first person with a female pov character. It’s a noir style murder mystery series with more modern ethics. I’ve enjoyed all of them.
My Sister the Serial Killer. Not Latina but POC at least.
The Spanish Daughter by Lorena Hughes
