Hey I am looking for a book recommendation.
I have just finished project Hail Mary and Artemis by Andy weir

I tried the bobverse and read we are legion but didn’t love it.

I love the hitchhikers guide series and dungeon crawler Carl.

I just want something that will give me a laugh.
Bonus points if it has a good audio book(First time poster here so if this is a faux pa in this group I am sorry)

Final Architecture by Adrian Tchaikovsky is a mix between Dune and The Expanse with a lot of comedic scenes and characters.

The Jacques McKeown series by Yahtzee Croshaw. An unemployed star pilot tries to get by in a universe where transporters are a thing. The first book in the series is Will save the galaxy for food. Narrated by the author.

    3. John Scalzi’s my go-to for this. Redshirts is great fun. I’m listening to Old Man’s War right now and had a couple laugh-out-loud moments, so far.

The Red Dwarf books were written by one of the writers of the TV series if you like that old BBC vibe.

Obligatory Murderbot series mention, they’re popular with good reason.

William Shakespeare’s Star Wars is pretty funny, it’s Star Wars rewritten in Shakespearean English.
