Books that have great Character Development

Hello, new to this subreddit. I am currently having a binge reading phase and I am wondering if anyone has a good book series that has great character development. An example would be Vinland Saga.

The only books I’ve really read and enjoyed are either manga , The Game of Thrones series and Harry Potter.

Doesn’t really matter how long the book is,
