I also really liked this book. CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties.
I really liked these three books. They were extensively researched and felt very complete.
Some non-fiction I have read where I felt they were stretching material as thin as possible. (the bloody white baron)
I’d like to avoid the Middle East and Vietnam and events older than the 1600s unless you think there’s something extremely powerful which overrides my slight aversion to these topics.
Looking for some suggestions of the same caliber. Im pretty open to subject matter.
I’m really open to anything. I’m mostly just in search of quality. Thanks!!
