I haven’t really thought of this sub genre in a while but when I was a kid I LOVED The Legacy of Heroit, and then recently I loved the 3rd or 4th expanse book with the new planet…
So, can you guys think of something that involves like early colonization? Maybe scary horror monsters that are “out there in the woods” kind of thing, or just like oppressive evil sheriff type western vibes.
