You might want to look up Jody Day as she has written several books on the subject and is well know in the Childless not by Choice community.
Also Lesley Pyne wrote a great book entitled “Finding Joy Beyond Childlessness”.
The grief of being Childless not by our own choice is extremely difficult. My husband and I went through fertility treatments only to lose two sets of embryo twins just at the very beginning of each cycle. We had no chance of being parents. It was over really before it could even start. That grief is profound. It has taken me ten years to come to a place of acceptance and peace about it all.
I hope you can find that peace one day too. It’s not an easy journey and everyone’s journey is different.
