Actually good literature (nothing hyped online) to read when I want to escape the world and want something actually good to read

Both fiction and non fiction is welcome. books on niece subjects like new age spirituality or cat behaviour or something are also welcome. Anything you think I’d find interesting, I’m even open to more scientific subjects like phycology or insulin production.
