I have been into Litrpgs, progression fantasy, cultivation fantasy, urban fantasy, high fantasy and sci-fi fantasy for some years now. What I have noticed is that most protagonists upgrade only little of their attributes while leaving the others in the dust. Say a protag had strength, dexterity, regen, endurance and intelligence, he/she would probably focus on strength and regen and leave the rest of attributes trailing behind. You can see that in Hell Difficulty Tutorial, Savage Awakening, Primal Hunter, Defiance of the Fall, etc. And I am tired of that. I am looking for a story where the protag evenly distributes upgrades to all of his attributes. Any recommendations? Also if possible, any cultivation or other types of fantasy where the protag tries to learn as many different styles of combat, weaponry and chi/mana/madra/chakra/"insert relevant energy source" types as possible?

Yeah I get what you mean. A lot of MCs just go all in on one stat and ignore the rest, it gets old fast. If you want a balanced protag, maybe check out, The Wandering Inn. The MC there doesn’t just focus on one thing, she tries to improve in a bunch of areas leadership, cooking, fighting, magic, etc. It’s not pure stats like a classic LitRPG but she definitely spreads her skills out.
