Do you know of any interesting books where the author shares his views on the world or some interesting topic, sort of like a podcast.

I do not speak fluent english, but I listen to a lot of podcasts with interesting people sharing their views on the world and life in general and I really love podcast as a form of sharing nice information. My mother-tongue is a small language with no podcasts like that nor books. But I would love to read books with similar information without them being defined as philosophy or self-help or whatever because I find philosophy hard to read in English and self-help is not my type of books. I would love to read books with interesting takes and views, but still very easy and accessible to read. Thank you very much, I hope I’m clear.
