Never read any horror books. Hell, I really only just got back into reading. But if you got any good suggestions on a cultist horror book, I’m all ears. Preferably one that’s also a little long.

You’re better off going to the horrorlit subreddit.
They’ll give you a handful of suggestions.
Ania Ahlborn’s ‘Brother’ is a great option. Not a cult story but the family dynamics that surround the main character give off the same vibes.
Dracula – probably no better cult than the vampires!
What’s your definition of “cultist”?
