I would love something along those lines, I loved norwegian wood so something like that would b great! Philosophy too or fiction that has elements of the human experience in there, thanks!

You might want to read something by Herman Hesse. Maybe Demian ?
You should also look what else Japanese literature has to offer. I’d suggest Tokyo Ueno Station (how someone comes to terms with becoming homeless and even actively looks for that life after life-changing dramatic events).
And if you enjoyed Seneca, then it should be time for you to dive into Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations.
