I wish to find a book that explore conflicting feelings between patriotism and skepticism. For context my generation is really proud of the country and have faith in the government, while my parents carry some generation pain and witness loss and disappointment from the party. so there is no pride or enthusiasm allowed in my household. I dont know if im belong here or not, or what i should do.
I hope to use books as comfort or answer to this complex issue. Thanks!
