Romance genre for a beginner

I'm a comic book fanatic and read tons of issues in a day, but I feel like I need to get into books that are less pictures and more words. I'm looking for romance specifically because I'm used to romance as a subplot, but I'm curious as how it would work as the main plot. I want a book where the focus is purely on love, romance, and/or intimacy. Just throw pink and red hearts in my face y'know?

I'm not sure if books I've already read help at all since they are so random, but these are my favorite books that aren't comics. (forgive me for having such a cringe lowbrow list lol. I'm here searching for books for a reason.)
