Hi all, I recently started my first office job at a tech startup and am really struggling with the culture. There are only 3 employees (including myself), and the lack of a formal structure is really confusing for me. I also feel like I have no one to go to on whether things are "normal" or not and would really appreciate a book that could give me some direction here. Anything about what to expect, how they work, or how to make the most of the experience would be great. Thank you!
