Searching for something freaky

Looking for a freaky, nasty, “how is that even anatomically possible” book. I was very disappointed with Ice Planet Barbarians and Choosing Theo for having humanoid aliens. I’m looking for shock but still want to have a good time with an interesting story. Does not have to be alien themed 😂
