So I just finished this one: The Gamer’s Guide to IT: How Video Games Build Real Skills in Problem-Solving, Teamwork, and Resilience by Leonardo Vargas (amazon kindle)

Honestly grabbed it out of curiosity, thought it was gonna be kinda cheesy, but it ended up being fun. You can read it for free with kindle unlimited

It talks about stuff like wiping in raids, grinding forever, dealing with teammates who mess up, and how all that actually teaches you patience, teamwork, even a bit of leadership. Made me laugh a few times because I recognized myself in those situations. I work for an IT company btw.

It is short, easy to read, not trying to be deep or preachy. Just felt real.

Anyone else read books that connect gaming with real life in a cool way?
    Would love some recommendations
