Hi, I guys I am kinda new to reading I have only read about 11 books mostly self help but now I am looking for good fiction books, my friend recommended me a book called Shogun (I like it but its way to long for me about 1100+ page) So can you recommend me some good fiction, sci-fi or may be fantasy book that in not too long while also being fun.

Start with Piers Anthony Xanth series. Easy quick fantasy books with heavy sarcasm and pun usage.
If you’re new to reading, you generally want to go with something that’s easy to read. Stuff from stephen king is really good but if you specifically want sci Fi or fantasy I would really recommend the mistborn book 1. It’s a part of a 3 book series but you can read book 1 as a standalone too.
Don’t go for something over the top complicated or a long commitment like dune. Go for something good, easy to read at your own pace and then adjust from there. Hope you have fun on your reading journey 😊
