Nothing against people who like smut but I personally feel like it takes away from other aspects of the writing in terms of romance
Some romances I really liked were Half A Soul, Once Upon a Broken Heart, and Heaven Officials Blessing (it had minimal non explicit smut)
Minimal smut is okay if it isn’t descriptive. I want the romance to be the main focus of the book. I really liked Once Upon a Broken Heart but I would’ve liked it better if the romance was the main plot

What you’re looking for is usually called either “clean romance” or “closed door romance” – that might help you find what you want!
I usually read, er, open door romance (lol) but have also loved Mimi Matthews even though her stuff is all closed door! It’s historical romance rather than fantasy romance though
