One sci-fi book I couldn’t put down. And I understood the references, engaged in the texts, and got clear pictures in my head. It’s so easy to read for such a sci fi/space book.
Maybe not the best book but this one blew my mind given sci fi is not my fav genre.

The Martian, from the same author 🙂
This book, and as The Martian from the same author are examples of Robinsonade (named after Robinson Crusoe), a genre about a person or people stranded somewhere alone. The Wikipedia page lists more examples: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robinsonade
