I'm looking for novels set in a world similar to the game world of the PC games Archimedean dynasty, Schleichfahrt, and Aquanox. So, the setting I'm looking for is like this: post-apocalyptic, humanity has sought refuge in massive arcologies in the deep sea, oxygen is made a commodity, there are different global power blocks in some kind of cold war, there's however still a lot of action like clandestine operations, mercenaries, pirates etc. Technology is cyberpunkish, but also rather gritty, a bit like Star Wars, but in a submarine kind of way.
