Hello friends!
Im looking for non-fiction books about psychology. These can be purely informational or self help books or a lil both. I should stress Im looking for books from subject matter experts ie. Accredited psychologists (no Mark Manson types please). I dont mind if it crosses into other subjects like philosophy and biology.
A lil context: Ive been seeing a therapist for a year and have been learning about core beliefs, CBT and other similar concepts. My ideal book would be a good supplement to these concepts but its not necessary.
Lastly, here are some non-fiction books Ive read and enjoyed previously.
-
Feeling Good by David Burns
-
The Big Picture by Sean Carroll
-
The Mind of God by Paul Davies
-
The Rebel by Albert Camus
-
The Myth of Sisyphus by Albert Camus
I love this community and appreciate all suggestions! 🐸 ❤️
