I am looking for quiet,soft good girl romance, preferably not sport romance. I like elegant soft women. If someone read bittersweet rain by sandra brown they would know. I don’t like authors like Lauren asher,Monica Murphy and others because they don’t write like sandra brown.

Nora Roberts is familiar to me. But would there be unpopular author similar to sandra brown who writes with such imagination. Historical, contemporary, fantasy or psychological thrillers are good. M/f is preferred. Thank you
