Um i cant put down fiction books but when reading non-fiction i get bored by reading the first page itself. Can yall suggest a good non-fiction to get me started??
I don’t have any book recommendations, only a sugestion: try audiobooks for non-fiction. I can’t stand reading non-fiction either, except for certain particular subjects, but audio makes them so much easier to get through. I’ve got an hour’s commute to work each way 4 days a week and have managed to finish a couple dozen this year alone.

I don’t think you’ll be able to force a change. I’m the inverse of you, I can’t fathom reading any fiction. I read to learn so I stick to non-fiction and nothing will change that for me. I think fiction people read to escape.
My favorite books probably wouldn’t appeal to you either as non-fiction is super broad and everyone will have defined interests in certain categories.
Where Men Win Glory and The Emerald Mile are two of my favorite books. I feel these books wouldn’t be a good choice for most people because the subjects are a bit niche, although Where Men Win Glory would appeal to a lot more people due to the political nature of it.
