Pls answer
Hey, guys! I’m getting back into reading and trying to be on my phone less, but I don’t know any good books.
I love romance books, books entailing God, books of revenge, psychological thrillers, just “cliche” things like that.
Do you guys have any good recommendations I could pick up at my nearby Barnes and nobles?
Another mention, I have ADHD so I may have to read the page more than once since my brain never shuts tf up so if it’s a possibility that book kinda is able to shut my brain up then that’d be nice!

I suggest thrillers. Some of my favourite authors are Tom Clancy, Michael Connelly, Stephen hunter and Frederick forsyth
For books entailing God: my absolute favorite book is Jayber Crow by Wendell Berry. My pastor recommended it to me and uggh it’s just such a beautiful book.
Wendell Berry is poet and a passionate activist against industrialization and what it’s cost us.
His fiction books are primarily set in farm town Kentucky during WWI and WWII.
There’s several stories set in his Port William Township, but Jayber Crow is a really good one to start with.
The books move slowly, with little action and lots of character development. Every word is intentional and meant to be read. It calms and quiets my own ADHD mind.
