What should I read if I like magical realism but also other stuff?

Hi guys. So this will probably be a bit random. I don’t think my ‘taste’ is very easy to pin down, this is because I haven’t really finished too many books. So these are not just magical realism, but I think that’s what I like? I could use some help haha.

These are some books that I read and enjoyed:

• Remarkably Bright Creatures by Shelby van Pelt
• The September House by Carissa Orlando
• The Marlow Murder Club by Robert Thorogood
• The Harry Potter franchise

I like something that keeps you on edge. That just hooks you, a book that you struggle to put away.
